Cute and exceptionally clean place, the rooms are spotless. Marvellous location, satisfactory and sensational breakfast with variety of food. Location very close to bus stop from bus, and pubs and take away food shops. Also, close to the centre of Cambridge👍

Warm and engaging hosts

The first-floor double room had a decent layout, though I had to reposition the chair for table use. The room's warmth kept the atmosphere cozy .

Location proved a bit awkward for walking to my destination, requiring a solid 5-minute car ride. The bed, while functional, lacked comfort, especially the flat pillows. Noise from the room above was distracting at times, and an unpleasant smell of fried food drifted in from early morning, likely due to having the window open. The two flights of stairs may not be ideal for elderly or disabled individuals. The thresholds and lack of adequate handrails posed a challenge. Just a heads-up if you're traveling with someone needing accessibility.

The spacious room was a delight, and I loved the thoughtful gluten-free breakfast options. The hosts even provided a special toaster for my dietary needs. I would definitely return!

The only downside was the room layout. I had to rearrange some furniture to work comfortably.

The Large Superior Super-King With Bathtub delivered a sweet spot of spaciousness that felt lush for a couple's retreat, with a well-placed soaking tub. The quiet gardens out back create a serene escape, perfect for sipping drinks on a patio while appreciating the tranquility.

Accessibility poses a challenge. Two flights of stairs to the rooms without handrails make it tough for those with mobility issues. Our 82-year-old mother had a rough time navigating, particularly with a sizable entrance threshold. While our ground-floor room offered outdoor space, the proximity to the reception meant you could catch every footstep and chatter from guests-definitely something to consider if you're a light sleeper.

Staying in cambridge was wonderful! The room was spacious and very clean, which exceeded my expectations. Breakfast was good with a variety of delicious options available, I felt welcomed by the friendly owners.
